Hollow/Mask Abilities

Mask: Has a rounded top that angles down in a curve, ending in a point on each side. The points round back up partially, then curve back down to the mouth and chin area of the mask. Above the mouth area on each side, there are three pointed lines facing inwards. At the top of the mask, there's a red triangle facing down towards the eyes. [See Apparel]

Hollow Control: Class One

Abilities: Rowler's abilities are dramatically enhanced while using his Hollow Mask, increasing his speed, strength, and stamina by huge amounts.

Power Augmentation: With the acquisition of the mask via the subjugation of ones inner Hollow, a vizard gains access to a additional and separate source of power, in addition to the Shinigami powers one already possesses. The accumulation of both powers together greatly augments the powers of the vizard beyond what a Shinigami or Hollow alone would be capable of.

Cero: High-powered energy blasts that can be fired from either the mouth or hand. Only Menos, Arrancar, and Vizard have so far been shown to use cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entites can use it more efficiently. Rowler's are Crimson with black edges.

Bala: A weaker but faster alternative to cero blasts. The technique hardens the user's spiritual energy and fires it at around twenty times the speed of a cero. Rowler's are crimson

Akarai-Cero: Rowler's custom cero which incorporates both a Cero and a blast of lightning from Akadenkou, creating a devastating effect. The Cero, while still blockable or deflectable, injures the opponent either way, due to the un-deflectable nature of the lightning that courses through it. If the full attack hits, the Cero is comparable to a Gran Rey Cero in strength. This Cero is one of Rowler's Ace moves, he tends not to use it unless pushed, as it drains a large amount of energy from both his Vizard powers and his Shinigami powers.

Zanpakutō name: Akadenkou (Crimson Lightning)

Release command: Strike! Akadenkou

Zanpakutō form: See "appearance" image, but the tsuba/guard is the shape of a lightning bolt, and also minus the red half of the blade. Akadenkou's hilt is 9 inches long, coupled with its 34 inch blade, it comes to a total of 3 feet 7 inches long. The hilt is wrapped in crimson cloth. Besides that, it is a regular katana with a black sheath.

Zanpakutou Spirit: Akadenkou manifests herself as a silver furred wolf. She always has torrent of red lightning flowing from her back, which flares or calms depending on her mood. She has a line of red fur under each of her eyes, and one on the underside of her jaw. Her eyes are red.

Zanpakutou Inner World: A grassy plain. It has a grey sky, is always raining, and the moon is always out. But if Rowler is wounded or weakened, the rain stops, the sky clears into blue, and the moon is replaced by the sun. Also, the grass all turns red like blood. Akadenkou dislikes this as the rain and moon are soothing to her.

Shikai form: Blade becomes 4 inches longer. Hild becomes 3 inches longer, half of the blade becomes crimson. appearance changes to this:

- (Whipped up real quick, (Some of the blade is cut off, it looks like the other end, just flipped vertically, also it has the same guard/tsuba as the normal blade. I just forgot to add it xD) The actual shikai looks exactly the same of usual except from the fact that it is double ended. Half of the blade is permanently crimson.

Zanpakutō power: Akadenkou is a zanpakuto based on lightning attacks, as is implied by its name. It focuses mainly on melee enhancement attacks, as well as mid to long range lightning attacks. Some abilities give the user an extra boost of strength and speed. Akadenkou is able to cause a crimson lightning strike. When it hits the blade one half of sword becomes crimson (showing the stored energy) this is how the abilities are used. If the blade isn't charged up, it is a regular katana. The blade also takes advantage of speed of light.

Zanpakutō attacks (Rowler has only had to use Crimson Flash so far) -

Fang Strike: Akadenkou allows the user to discharge lightning from her blade when it connects with an opponent. This lightning is extremely powerful, and conducts to most metals. The blast is triggered by the user, it is not a passive ability.

Inner Storm: On command, the user can raise Akadenkou to the sky, dropping an immense bolt of lightning onto the blade. This ability can harm the user, but it also grants them incredible power as well. The downside to this is that it also has the effect of numbing the nerves of the user for a short amount of time. This is a passive ability after being activated, and lasts until turned off, but is a constant drain on the user's energy.

Crimson Cross: After being charged each attack of any kind Rowler performs lets out a cross shaped bolt of lightning, enhancing the attacks range and power.

Crimson Flash: Rowler's own version of Shunpo. He charges his sword with lightning and uses the energy to travel at the speed of light. When seen by the opponent all they can see is a crimson lightning bolt.

Instant Strike: As soon as the lightning hits the blade, another bolt fires from the tip, this is the fastest technique known to man. It causes heavy damage when it connects, it is very hard to dodge because of it's speed.

Bankai: Kyūzō Akadenkou (Surging Crimson Lightning) (When I'm allowed one)

Personality: He has a very diverse sense of humor, and likes laughing and making others laugh. He can be serious when needed, though he's usually somewhat laid back. When it comes to his friends however, he's usually very active, and loves teasing them. He places their lives above his own however, and will protect them physically and mentally to the extent of his power. Despite his friendly demeanor, he doesn't trust too easily. He's extremely observant when it comes to humans, including arrancar and shinigami. He's also a big fan of human-made juices, especially berry ones. Despite his outward demeanor, he can be quite serious. And despite how long he's lived, he still prefers to live like a human, cherishing every moment.

Bio: The First 320 Years: For the first few hundred years, Rowler progressed like most average Shinigami. He went through the Academy with top grades in swordsmanship and speed, though his Kido was sorely lacking. When he graduated, he was immediately put into a squad. His swordsmanship was superb, and he quickly rose to take the position of fourth seat. There he stayed for the remainder of the 320 year period. Despite being combat oriented, he had a softer personality than most in the squad, and was often with one of his closest friends, who was sixth seat in the same squad. He reached Shikai fairly quickly, and formed a close bond with his Zanpakuto, Akadenkou.

Lieutenant's Blade: After so any years as a seated officer, Rowler was finally given the rank of Lieutenant after showing respectable leadership skills. He had always been popular in the squad, and he was happy with his position. This changed when his friend was unexpectedly killed, taking an attack that was meant for Rowler. This is the first time that Rowler’s Hollow side showed itself. He obliterated the Hollow that took his friends life, as well as various other Hollow in the vicinity. When his comrades found him, he was face down on the ground next to his dead friend, misery consuming him. He returned to the Seireitei and held a funeral for his friend. He stayed in the Seireitei for a mere ten years afterward, then unexpectedly left. He spent a total of 150 years as a Lieutenant.

Hollow's Life: He spent the next 100 years perfecting his bond with Akadenkou and with controlling his Hollow side. During this time he exterminated Hollows, allowing him to hone his skills on live opponents. Over the remaining 311 years, he began perfecting his control over his Hollow powers, and learned how to fire Bala fairly quickly. Soon after came Cero, and he's currently in the process of forming a greater Cero. In only the last year, he has wrested full control of his Hollow side, and has begun thinking about returning to the Seireitei.

RP example: Rowler scratched his head, looking at the hollow with a careless expression, the hollow charged at Rowler as he slumped away. Just as the hollow was about to attack Rowler, he threw a single fists backwards at an amazing pace, cracking the hollow's mask on the spot. "What a drag"

Other Abilities:
• Toshiko is one of the best fighters of Hakuda, and was in fact among the first to aid in creating the martial art that the Secret Mobile Corps is specialized in.
• She is also a master of Kidou, also known as 'Demon Arts' is split into two - Hadou (attacking spells) and Bakudou (binding spells).
• Toshiko is among the best at Shunpo, a technique also known as flash step. Yuroichi is known as the Goddess of Shunpo, however it is rumored lately that Toshiko could rival her. Senka is a special type of Shunpo where the user move to his oppponent's back, directly attacking, and sealing one's hakusui in one strike.
• Shunkou is a fighting-style also known as flash release. It is a combination of Hakuda and Kidou. It is a dangerous yet powerful technique. It is believed that only two people know this technique, that is Soi Fon and Yoruichi; however Toshiko learned it after Yuroichi left with Urahara. It is not something that Toshiko has mastered and therefore cannot control it. The military uniform, both worn by Yourichi and Soi Fon, is designed with a back or sleeves because of the high pressure built up, surrounding the back and shoulders of the user as Kidou is gathered. It will then empower the user in battle, thus the material on the back and shoulders are blown off.
Zanpakutō name: Mozou & Tsukuru

Release Command: I give you my love to Rise and Soar
Zanpakutō power: Lydia's two swords turn into twin sai's, one black (Mozou) and the other white (Tsukuru). Each sai holds triangle shapped blades. The white blade has groves on the flat most part of it, and the black holds two locks on it's flat most part.

Mozou (mimic) and Tsukuru (create) work together when offering their powers to Lydia. When doing battle with an enemy, be they Hollow or Shinigami, they are generally used separately. However, when both blades come in contact with the offending weapon, or body part, at the same time, a momentary flash is seen of vibrant purple light. This flash drains just a fraction of the reitsu of Lydia and her opponent. In this drain, Mozou and Tsukuru learn the Shikai powers of her opponent. When fighting a Hollow, the two sai's learn the base powers of that Hollow. It has yet to be witnessed whether or not these powers, once learned, can be recalled in another battle.

Bankai Release: (Niseru Mozou - Create ) When the two blades, black and white, are locked together, Toshiko calls her Bankai. The sai's then become one sai, half black and half white like all of the other Zanpakutô's out there. When the Bankai is out completely Toshiko holds two short metal bo-staves, once black and one white. (If i´m allowed)

Bio: Lydia went into the Spirit World from the Real World when she was seventeen years old. One of the first unnatural female deaths in her newly settled tribe, on soil that now belongs to Karakura Town, from the main land of what is now Korea. After the adaptation of her tribe and the character differences in appearance took place, when the Japanese were Ainu, the concentration of spirituality grew astronomically as the budding faith drew out many souls from the world of Spirits to the Real World. Lydia was the third to be killed by a Hollow on the lands of Japan.

During her years haunting her tribe, her mourning drew out the sorrow in her heart and Lydia became a Hollow herself. It wasn't until many deaths later, jealousy of the females that were able to live their lives out as women should in those days, that Lydia was purified by one of the youngest Shinigami to have ever walked the Real World. It was nearly half a century after that, that Lydia's soul managed to become whole again to stalk the outskirts of Soul Society.

Lydia had grown in Soul Society, having a family of her own there, adopted in by some of the women that she had killed when under the influence of the Hollow. She was always starved for food, as if breathing drew out spiritual power from her. It wasn't until she was discovered by Ran'Tao that she became a student at the Shinigami Academy. Lydia had been dead for nearly five hundred years when she graduated from the Shinigami Academy. She immediately joined Division 12 and worked with Ran'Tao in many experiments. Her own soul was used as a copy for the procedures conducted on the Bounto. Lydia is one of the few Shinigami left that Ran'Tao mentioned to know about the Bounto.

Years after the banishment of Ran'Tao, Lydia visited her in secret and helped to aid her in gathering the equipment needed to create many of the weapons that she used against the Bounto when they invaded Seireitei nearly a thousand years later. Lydia helped in fighting against the Bounto, but always stayed away and never did more than she was ordered to do.

While in her visits with Ran'Tao, who was very much like a mother to her, Lydia learned her Bankai. Ran'Tao actually managed to help train her in finding it, the actual act having taken her just over a week, and the actual mastery of the power years later. The only other Shinigami to know of Lydia's Bankai is Yuroichi, who had left Seireitei with Urahara when he was banished. Word had leaked out not long after that Toshiko died, which was not the case, to leave Urahara and Yuroichi to think that she would be out of reach.

Just after she was banished from the soul society, because of her hollow self taking control, Lydia had lived in the Karakura Town for a while. Soon she was invited back, but Lydia said that she would visit every once in a while.

Lydia had never once been one to go above and beyond the call of duty. While she is among the oldest of the Shinigami, she holds no official rank or seat among the 13 Protection Divisions. However, with the problems that Aizen have been causing, and with many Captain seats now empty, Toshiko feels it time that she step up and give a glimpse of what she can do.
RP example: Lydia was just shopping in Karakura for some new clothes. Just as she exited a big mall, a garganta opened and an Espada with an extremely strong reiatsu stepped out. She immedeately went to a quiet place and jumped after the Espada. She gave the Espada a quick strike with her zanpakuto and then appeared in front of him.
"This is my turf, so stay out!" She yelled
"Not a chance, Lord Aizen has big hopes for me." The Espada added
Lydia had enough of this and used her superfast shunpo to get in front of the Espada. She then charged her cero through her eyes and shot through the Espada.
"Well, tell aizen that his hopes just decreased a whole bunch." Lydia said as she returned to the mall

Zanpakuto power: When the enemy is wounded by the white blade the injured area becomes white, this causes the opponents reiatsu and energy to slowly be drained until they have nothing left. If the opponent is wounded by the black blade, the injured area becomes black, and slowly the opponent loses mobility until they're completely paralyzed.

Personality: Although he doesn't look like it, Imitsu is a funny guy that loves being with the people he loves. He is kind and pensive, but he is very talkative too.

Bio: Born in Rukongai's 65th district, he had a fairly simple life but always longed for something more exciting. Therefore, he became a shinigami, he passed through the academy with ease, he was good at everything really making him a very versatile fighter. He was inducted into the 13th division where he secretly fell in love with another Shinigami, she was named Kagome. They were in seperate divisions and therefore it was very hard to find time to actually approach her. After a few years Imitsu was promoted to vice-captain in his squad. He was then sent on a deadly mission to Hueco Mundo to fight an espada head on. Imitsu's team were obliterated and he lost his arm, on the verge of death he reached Soul Society once again. They attached a hollowfied arm to replace his old one and implanted a hollow inside of him to save his life. He managed to survive but sadly, the gotei 13 refused to let him stay in Soul Society, so he was banished to Karakura town. Their he met Rowler, who taught him how to control his hollow and inducted him into his faction, all of the members of this faction were like him and he instantly felt accepted, he is still with these people to this day.

RP example: Imitsu ran at the hollow and grasped his throat with his hollow arm, he fired two cero through the hollow destroying it instantly.

Susamajii's are completely black, the edges resemble that of an ever changing wild shadow.

Zanpakuto name: Yurikage (Flickering Shadow)

Zanpakuto form: See appearance (Shikai permenantly activated)

Zanpakuto power: Manipulation of shadows, control the level of darkness, stores darkness in zanpakuto.

Zanpakuto Attacks:

Shadow Destruction - Susamajii spins his blade and drops it into his own shadow, it sink inwards and causes the opponent to be enulfed by his own shadow, the shadow can then be ignited by the flick of his finger, causing an explosion of reiatsu. The blade then re-forms in Susamajii's hand.

Doppelganger - Susamajii spins his blade, he is then engulfed in shadow, he then splits into 2.

Shadow Flicker - Susamajii can throw his blade at any form of shadow and it will allow him disappear from the world and re-appear from the shadow (His advanced shunpo, basically)

Shadow hold - Susamajii spins his blade and drops it into his own shadow, hands then shoot from his opponents shadow, grasping onto any body part they can reach, smashing the opponent into buildings and then finally holding him in place, allowing Susamajii to cast high level kido on his opponent, or fire a point blank cero, etc, etc.

Shadow slash - Susamajii spins his blade and slashes the air, causing a shadow like, slash shaped attack to fly at his opponent, if it isn't blocked/deflected it cuts straight through the enemy, ignoring armour/hierro. If it is blocked then it acts as a shadow which allows Susamajii to teleport into it directly, adding his own power to the attack.

Shadow puppetry - Susamajii spins his blade and drops it into his own shadow, strings then shoot from any shadow in the vicinity, if they become attached to the opponent, Susamajii has a degree of control over his opponents body (Depending on their reiatsu)

Bankai: Not achieved yet, he and his zanpakuto spirit are a very unstable match.

Personality: A practical joker, he has a Mutley like chuckle, he is quite laid back and VERY lazy, he is a smoker, always looks gloomy, even when he's happy, quite creepy, funny, protective of his Vizard comrade, has a deep hate of the gotei 13 for discarding him (He still allies himself with them, because of his loyalty to Rowler)

Bio:

Early Life: A young boy with no parents, very carefree, he was born in quite a violent place in Rukongai, but was never poor. He loved to play practical jokes, but one day he pulled a practical joke on the wrong person, it turned out to be a crooked Shinigami, the Shinigami injured Susamajii badly, cutting his right eye, blinding him. Just before the Shinigami was about to kill Susamajii another Shinigami came and cut down the crooked man, killing him. The Shinigami helped Susamajii up and healed his wounds. That is the day Susamajii decided he wanted to become a Shinigami like the one that saved him that day.

Academy Experience: Susamajii tried harder than anyone in his classes, determined to pass through, sadly Susamajii was never very clever and was always getting in trouble for playing jokes on people, luckily for him, he had above average swordsmanship and fantastic kido, these traits allowed him to pass through the academy, being put into the 5th squad (Kido corps) instantly.

Rising through the ranks: Susamajii rose through the squad ranks faster than most, and because of his excellent kido, he made it all the way to the 3rd seat, just as he was about to fulfill his dreams and become a captain, "that" happened.

Hollowfication: He was chosen at random and in the middle of the night was taken in his sleep, he was experimented on and the Scientists induced hollowfication open him, almost killing him. After this ordeal he went into a coma, Soul Society decided to discard his body into Karakura tow, not believing that he would ever wake up. They were wrong.

Since then: After he woke, he was greeted by Rowler, who explained what had happened to him. They trained together, mastering their hollow masks and enhancing their powers, as well as learning techniques such as Cero, Bala and developing a tough Hierro. They have now formed a secret Vizard faction, much like the one led by Shinji Hirako.

RP example: The hollow's face was touching Susamajii's, yet he couldn't move, shadow puppet strings were attached to his body and he was shaking in fear. Susamajii forced the hollow scum to kill himself. The strings snapped and the hollow turned to dust. Susamajii then turned away and his zanpakuto formed in his hands. He lit up a cigarette and yawned.

Abilities: Soikotsu abilities are dramatically enhanced while using his Hollow Mask, increasing his speed, strength, and stamina by huge amounts.

Power Augmentation: With the acquisition of the mask via the subjugation of ones inner Hollow, a vizard gains access to a additional and separate source of power, in addition to the Shinigami powers one already possesses. The accumulation of both powers together greatly augments the powers of the vizard beyond what a Shinigami or Hollow alone would be capable of.

Cero: High-powered energy blasts that can be fired from either the mouth or hand. Only Menos, Arrancar, and Vizard have so far been shown to use cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entites can use it more efficiently. Kouhei's have an orange middle, a brown outer layer with earth coloured edges.

Bala: A weaker but faster alternative to cero blasts. The technique hardens the user's spiritual energy and fires it at around twenty times the speed of a cero. Same as cero in terms of colour.

Zanpakuto name: Sabaku no Sozokunin (Heirs of the Desert)

Release command: The earth is my blade, the sand is my shield, rise! Sabaku no Sozokunin

Zanpakuto form: Handle and hilt are the same as the shikai, no guard/tsuba, basic katana blade of average length.

Shikai form: See "appearance" image.

Zanpakuto power: Sabaku no Sozokunin gives him minor control of earth (dirt, sand, rocks), "minor control" means that he can control any earth that already exists, he can't create his own earth to use.

Zanpakuto attacks - No set attacks as his zanpakutou allows pretty much anything to be possible with the usage of earth (Sand shields, repeated rock throws, causing mountains to collapse on top of his opponent)

Bankai: Sabaku no tatsujin (Master of the Desert)

Personality: Quite a cold person that doesn't like being in a group. Enjoys thinking alone and reading in silence. Holds all of his comrades in high respect and will protect them at any cost. Despite his reserved attitude he can be talkative at times, he is also an excellent analyst, being able to figure out an opponents technique after seeing it just once.

Bio:

Early life: Kouhei was abandoned in the desert when he was a small child, he learned to fight there and grew to love it. He returned to Rukongai eventually and to fuel his love of fighting he joined the Shinigami academy.

Academy life: Kouhei was a promising Shinigami, excelling at swordsmanship and kido, he learned to read in the academy and found a love for it. He became quite the intellect and was very fond of his teachers, he was then put into the 13th squad, sadly during an arrancar attack the academy was invaded by several arrancar, killing Kouhei's teachers, and causing a huge scar on Kouhei's back, since then he had been very reserved and hasn't really engaged many people in conversation.

Hollowfication: Kouhei found out about the experiments that the 12th squad were carrying out, he instantly put himself forward wanting to become stronger, sadly the experiment went horribly wrong and Kouhei was paralyzed, like the other failed experiments he was discarded into Karakura town, it was there that Rowler and his faction found Kouhei and healed his paralysis, Rowler then trained Kouhei and taught him to master his hollow. Kouhei decided to become part of Rowler's faction and is now very comfortable with this group of people.

RP Example: Kouhei stared at the on-coming cero and summoned a sand shield using the ground around him. After explosion died down, he threw multiple large boulders at the menos, causing his mask to crack, he then jumped up and cut down the menos' face killing it instantly.
