Human Shield:
A very plump puppet, it has a cockpit for the user to ride in, four arms(two on both side, each with half a shield that when the arms are put together,form a small metal shield) two large metal shields, one on front one on the back, and a Chakra string attachment(a little opening that shoots out chakra strings.)
Iron Giant:
A big, metal puppet, though it weighs a ton and is very slow, it packs a punch with a chest cavity, saw blades inside the cavity that slice up captives, spikes inside the chest cavity to poke into captives, and metal wires that shoot out to drag enemies into the puppet.)

Junsuni Was always interested in Puppets.
He just couldn't wait when his parents allowed him to attend A ninja academy. But he has always been very bad making friends and made it through the academy with no one to Congradulate him except his mother and father.
He bought himself his first puppet on graduation day, that puppet(Miya)has been with him since he could remember. He had heard tales of masters of puppetry such as Sasori and Kankuro, and always wanted to become as great, if not better, then them combined.
at the age of eight though his mother sadly passed away because of a contajous Disease that was obtained in a battle with enemy ninja. His father Commited suicide a year later, and left Junsuni to fen for himself.
He had gone into great deppresion and his Ninja skills lagged. he was about to throw away his puppet until he met a woman named Tsubara. She helped him through his hard times, and he always smiles whenever she is around, but she also tought
him to smile whenever and wherever he went, and from then on, he had always had a possitive attitude and been very cheerful. But his parents deaths are still a great emotional weakness for him...

Junsuni stood, motionless, in the middle of the three enemy ninja,
then without warning, burst outward and rushed towards the first ninja, Attempting to slice at the ninja's head with a kunai, then the second one grabbed him and strangled him, but nothing happened...
He turned his head completely around, and his skin "peeled" off, revealing a wooden nightmare.The puppet moved it's left arm around and slashed his left side, making him let go, the whirred around and sliced his neck.The third one tried forming seals, but he wasn't fast enough and lost a hand to the puppet, that ensnared him in toxic gas bombs.
Junsuni laughed, clapping and walking out of the brush, his puppet zooming back to him.

Kekkai Genkai: Sutārenzu (Starlight Lens) - It allowed Shin to become one with the darkness, it also allows him to see in the pitch black as if it was clear as day. It's most frightening ability however is the fact that it can duplicate other Kekkai Genkai for a certain amount of time.

Kekkai Genkai appearance: His left eye becomes completely black with a purple glowing star where his pupil should be. His right eye becomes blank (This is where other dojutsu will appear, if duplicated)

Clans and Clan Jutsu: His parents were part of the Hoshi akari (Starlight) clan, but his clan was wiped out when he was very young, meaning that he did not know about it. The jutsu unique to this clan is the dojutsu "Starlight Lens"

Bio: A wanderer with no family, Shin travelled from village to village looking for a place to live, but wherever he went, fire followed. Villages would no longer allow him to even enter, homeless and without food, Shin was slowly starving to death, yet one day he was spotted by a passing Shinobi that out fo the good in his heart fed him, and gave him a bed for the night at the village. This shinobi noticed a sort of potential in Shin and allowed him to live with him, as long as Shin would let him train him. After a short while Shin was already ready to go to the academy and become a genin, specialising in taijutsu and basic jutsu, Shin was always near the top of the class, he graduated at the fairly early age of 13 and he was put into a Genin team. While out on a mission however, his team were ambushed by a group of ninja, Shin was the only one to survive, using his tactful mind and quick reflexes he managed to escape, even injuring one of the enemy ninja. It was later revealed that they were Jonin class ninja, and the fact that he survived was nothing short of a miracle. This is the moment the hokage knew that Shin was special. After passing the Chuunin exams and the becoming a Jonin at a younger age than any other Shin became the main candidate to surpass the Hokage, this became reality the night that the Hokage was assassinated, which also fell on the eve of Shin's 20 birthday.

RP example: Shin stood, smirking, the enemy ninja became irritated and ran at him, Shin sweeped their legs from under them and flipped out of danger, he turned has back and started to walk away chuckling. The enemy ninja winced in pain, as they looked down they all realised that their death had been sealed, they saw the explosive kunai sticking out from their leg, this would be the last thing they ever saw.

This technique turns the users skin a silvery colour and increases the skins hardness to that of steel. When the technique is used under the moon the techniques power is increased x3, but this kekkai genkai tires out the users body very quickly and can only be used for 30 minutes straight at the most
Gin Dageki (Silver Strike)
This technique can only be used when the kekkai genkai is activated. Chakra is gathered around the strike area which cases the silver skin to tighten and thicken resulting in a devistating strike
Gin Houmen (Silver Directional Release)
When the kekkai genkai is in use the user may release elemental chakra from certain areas such as finger tips, but it can only be released in one direction

Bio: Becoming Mizukage at the age of 17 has its advantages, but also its disadvantages. The first thing Kumori had come to realise was the amount of paperwork that needed to be completed and he was the only person authorised to completed it >.>. He spent the first 3 weeks getting used to giving out missions and filling in the unrelenting paperwork that just seemed to pile up again once he'd finished it.
Being a reletively unknown ninja in kirigakure he had some chances to step back from his paper work and let loose, but they were assassination attemps. Not exactly the most ideal way to unwind but they did the job.

Boushi Kaze (Spinning Wind, a technique like rasengan and chidori. It´s made from pure air and it can be manipulated into many forms. This is Kumiko´s original jutsu and nobody hasn´t seen it yet)

Kekkai Genkai:
Kuragan (the eyes go violet)
Is a doujutsu which allows the user to see what jutsus the opponent or another being can use, including forbidden, sealing and summoning jutsus. Clan techniques included.
Clan Limit: The clan doesn´t actually have a "limit", they only have the eyeseal thingy
Weakness: If you use the jutsu too often like in every day in 2 months you start to lose your eyesight. The user might go totally crazy, because this jutsu is one of the most dangerous doujutsus. By going crazy you start to attack anyone including persons who are close to you. Many members have died because of it. The doujutsu has a seal on it to keep the jutsu under control. The seal is called "Eyeseal" and when it´s broken only a ninja who has a "Lockseal" with him/her. Also the ninja who is going crazy can stop it but the ninja must get even a little control of his/her body.
A little History:
The "Eyeseal" is on the jutsu because the jutsu has a hidden power: When the first person to use Kuragan was discovering it´s secrets the user went crazy as well then he discovered that the jutsu had a special ability which had 3 levels. The first one was that the user could copy the ninjutsu the opponent was using damaging the opponent a little. The second one was that the user could copy the genjutsu the opponent could use damaging the opponent pretty seriously. And the final one the most dangerous the user copys all the jutsus the opponent posesses draining his/her lifeforce to zero killing the opponent. And by learning that the first user somehow got control over the jutsu and started to drain people. In a matter of weeks he had drained over 15 smaller villages from their jutsu. He was headed towards the leaf village to drain their jutsus as well, but the hyuuga and uchiha clan had to work together and put on a seal on the jutsu. Unfortuneately the first user died because of the enormous jutsu amount he had drained.
PS: In order to master the hidden power without losing control, the user MUST master the Kuragan COMPLETELY + the fighting style Ikioi
About the clan:
The clan is noble and it has been a proud clan for centuries. Also the clan passes on their traditions to younger clan members such as learning to use Kuragan and such stuff. Half of the clan is dead because of the Kuragan and in the ninja war. The clan tries to stay alive but in every 5 months 5-10 people die because of the Kuragan or that they will be assassinated.
Kumiko is the third clan leader and tries to restore the whole clan at all costs.
Clans and Clan Jutsu:
The moves have a little violet color when used

Ikioi hira (force palm), mostly like hyuuga fighting style but has different effects. When the palm hits you that bodypart of yours will be numb for 5 seconds.

Ikioi ouda (force strike), when you hit your opponent´s neck you can stop the bloodflow to hes/her brain and only you can release it. If not the opponent will die in 30 seconds. That counts on other bodyparts too but the neck is most affective to it.

Ikioi nami (force wave), a fast and a large wave that can be counted as a wind release jutsu, but when it attacks the opponent the nervous system shuts down for 10 seconds. one of the most powerful techniques, but not too often used.

Ikioi bakuha (force blast), the most powerful of them all and most dangerous. Very rarely used. The user focuses the force all over his/her body and releases it as a big blast hitting everyone in a 10 meter radius. When Ikioi tate goes off too early then you get hit as well. And the hit will mostly kill the person who got hit.

Ikioi tate (force shield), used when Ikioi bakuha is used. When Ikioi bakuha is used the Ikioi tate is generated around the body preventing that the blast doesn´t hit yourself.

Through rough training some clan members can even create and control force fields and projectiles at will. Kumiko hasn´t mastered it yet, but she can perform some techniques already.

Weapons: Senbon needles, Shuriken, Kunai, Explosive tags, Steel wire, some scrolls as well
Katana:
It´s a long curved katana, which has some unknown markings on it when it is used.
Kumiko has discovered that her sword can drain other ninjas chakras. She doesn´t know how to use the power, because it can only be used when the markings appear on the sword.

Chakram:
A metal sphere, which can be thrown at the enemy. It can also be split in 2.


Bio: Kumiko was born in the hidden sand and into the Yui clan. When she went to the academy she was very good in chakra control and in learning the basic jutsus. When she graduated she began to train for the chunin exams, by that time she had obitained her Kuragan. Her chunin exams were very successful and she became a chunin in no time. She then left the village for a few months and when she came back she became jounin. When she joined the hidden sand elite force. After some major events in Hidden Sand, they were desperate to find a new kage. And as they remembered that Kumiko was going to be the next leader of the Yui clan, the council chose her. Even though, Kumiko only specializes in Wind Release and Genjutsu, she is EXTREMELY good in using them. Mostly nobody is better than her when it comes into wind release. Right now she lives a great life and her life is full of adventures.
RP example: Kumiko was in her office, when her assistant came. He told Kumiko that they have spotted two members of the akatsuki in the village border. She immedeately stood up and walked to the top of the kage building. She noticed the akatsuki allright, they were coming right towards her. Kumiko then prepared her Kuragan and trapped the akatsuki in a force field she created. One of the akatsuki blew themselves out of the field, causing some damage to them. Kumiko used her force abilities to push herself off the ground and right in front of the Akatsuki members. She struck them both into the stomach with her force blasts and they were immedeately stunned. Finally, she used her own wind release and cut them in half.

Damn, I wanted Amekage, whatever I'm reserving Otokage, no one fucking touch it. I will be Rping next week as I have to much school work atm, also my One Piece character was deleted and so was my Devil fruit, Oh well I'll make a new one.

I deleted everything seeing as I wanted to start over. I thought I'd moved the threads to the admin storeroom but it was the wrong stuff and the wrong section XD
