Bala?

How does one attain the attack Bala?
(A pumped up version of Cero)
Do I have to ask an admin/mod or...what?

Read this: Bala is an Arrancar-exclusive technique that hardens the user's Reiatsu and releases it like a swift blast of spiritual energy. While the technique is not nearly as powerful as a Cero, its speed is 20 times faster and allows for it to be fired in quick repetition. In addition, it possesses more concussive force than a Cero does. A Bala's speed and power varies with the Arrancar using it.

I thought bala was a weaker version of cero, but you could fire it off continuously and it was much faster. Like a ki blast.

BTW, how do I go up in the squad rankings?

I'd say so. If you're allowed a cero then you should be allowed bala right off the bat.

Right, Lunar. I have a better idea for my Bleach character, could I possibly edit my character and only use Shindo from time to time, for storyline purposes?

OR! this is a reach, but would it be possible to have 3 Bleach characters instead of 1 Bleach character, 1 Naruto character and 1 One Piece character :3 This means I'm willing to give up my position of hokage just so I can more Bleach characters (I'm 99.9% sure this won't be allowed)

And to answer your question about ranks, it would need to be sorted by a higher ranking player in that division IE the division captain. But seeing as there aren't any higher ranks in your division then it goes to the captain commander to sort out your ranks. No one goes to captain/vice. The highest they're allowed is 2nd seat

Also if you want to rank up, then just win more battles and stuff

I've got a rough story line for bleach now which is completely different to whats happening in the manga/anime right now and it includes two different character types, so any RP in bleach right now will be deleted or will be put into an archive section or something
